Platinum Code Return Policy
At Platinum Code, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from Platinum Code Solutions, LLC, you must contact Platinum Code Sales to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) to arrange for refund, credit, or exchange within ten (10) days of receipt of the product(s). You will receive a refund, excluding shipping costs, provided that purchases are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories and provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased item was not noted as a non-returnable item. Refused orders or returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) may not be credited at the sole discretion of Platinum Code Solutions, LLC. In some cases, we may grant only store credit. Returned items must be well packed and shipped to arrive within 14 days after the RMA# is obtained. Late returns will not be credited. Returned items received in poor condition due to shipping damage will not be credited. Non-defective items must be in the original packaging and in resellable condition. Non-defective returns may be charged a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of the Returns Dept. Some items, such as software, cannot be returned if opened. Exchanges for non-defective items will be treated as a new order and will be subject to all policies contained herein, including shipping charges. If we shipped the wrong merchandise, we will gladly pay the return postage at the U.S. Postal Service standard mail rate.
